Sparring does not remove buffs, subdual does. Small suggestion change - make subdual/blackout not remove buffs either. I've found it extremely frustrating in multi-subdual situations where subdual effectively acts as a super powered dispel for no logical reason I can tell.
If people want to dispel you, make them actually dispel you.
I can see this being a valid point.
On the other hand, I can see not sitting there and subduing/blackouting someone for 25 rounds until their spells dissipate being a valid counter point.

Why would you need to do that? Once they are subdued, they are subdued and can not get back up unless you allow them to.
Subdual and BO are intentionally what they are. You don't really want one to suffer those penalties? Use sparring.
