Title: Greedy ass smith refuses to engrave his own armor.

What it says on the title. Bought a set of fullplate from the Dwarf but he refuses to engrave it because it "Aint his make" I believe this is probably a bug and not a feature.

I had no reason to. I just custom made it, why would I dye it afterwards?

To change the color. It has been a problem in the past (//%22http://www.efupw.com/forums/showthread.php?t=88863%22), but sounds like it could be ruled out as the cause this time!

Caster helped me out on this one. Turns out the problem appears even if you dye it at the dwarf smith while making the armor. The solution is to stay away from anything dye related until after the armor has been made and inscribed.
