A minor thing, but rapiers aren't present in the Inventory of either Iron Grip Annie in Lower, or the Red Guild Merchant in The Upper Trade Hall. In fact I can't seem to find one anywhere at all in Dunwarren shops. Adding them at these locations would make obtaining one much easier.
