The door in the temple of Hoar that leads from the main chapel into the corridor is a bit wonk. If you lock it from the inside, it prevents leaving, but does not prevent people coming in. The outside of the door can be locked, but only from the chapel side.
This lead to a player getting locked in, having walked through an ostensibly unlocked door to be barred by the same door, now locked, on the other side.
Should be fixed next reset.
