Problem : Arcane Spell Failure even when it says 0%
When Spellcasting from time to time I get an Arcane Spell Failure Message, I do not wear any armor and when I check my Arcane Spell Failure in my Character Sheet it says 0%.
The only thing that it might be is I decided to remove an arm, in the starting area - however I removed the impairment (I have two arms again) before starting the Prologue.

I would like to second that this has happened to me as well, having removed and replaced an arm in the starting area.
