My PC, Zangold Lightouch, targeted the first tram with an Emergency Sludge Sprayer. However, either the size of the tram is too large or the grease effect doesn't show up at all. And the tram became hostile, and ran after my PC. I am certain that it is indeed after my PC since the masthead of the tram, or ship, breaks its paralleism with the tunnel walls. And my PC was standing at edge of the concavity before he got "rushed over".
However, I didn't test targeting some unoccupied room about the tram though. So it might still work if you target those areas.
Please don't attack the trams...
The sludge spewer description is really more about flavor, I realize it can be confusing though. I'll edit it.
