This is very very minor, so minor I had doubts I would put this up, but just for the record.
Whenever I log in wearing a light armor, (seeing as level 1 gives the light armor prof) It has me naked, requiring me to put the armor back on.

Cannot be fixed as perk feats are given in a form that doesn't allow them to remain on the character after logging out and back in. They also will not allow you to take feats in which they are a prerequisite for, just FYI.
ah, well then...nevermind
