All of the other medals and commendations available in the Clerk Cabinet have 1/Day effects, save the Recruiter's Badge which is Single Use.
However, using the item does not destroy it, and resting restores the charge. It is effectively 1/Day (which makes way more sense) despite the confusing labeling.
