Are shackles supposed to disappear if a skeleton key is used on it?
What happened was: person A shackled person B. Person A received a shackle key and person B the shackle properties. Person C used a skeleton key on person B. Person B was unshackled and the shackle properties removed. Person A however still holds the shackle key and did not get back the original shackles.
Are the shackles supposed to break or disappear?
I believe shackles break if a skeleton key is used on them, but they are re-usable if used with the normal shackles key.
