Title: detect forge items/player tool

acc XTrust/char Harry Dias got perk investigator at lvl 6 but cant find player tool detect forged items. Player tool from 4th level perk is there normally but this one not.

Rest, reapply perk and try checking again.

Not helping same with relog. I got bonus to search and listen from this perk but this player tool isnt there.

My PC - currently level 8 - has the same perk .  The player tool is available to me and I've used it a time or two.
