Sounds very much a bug, but being christmas, it's not likely going to get fixed right away, unfortunately. Sorry, we'll get to it when it is possible.
I can attest to this not being an anomaly, had it happen today. For the record, favorite bug thus far...
Yes it's quite clearly a simple variable error made by one who input it, but as I said, it's the holidays and new years etc. Not many touch the module during these times, so I am sure it'll get fixed when it gets to the plate down the line.

T'would be nice if it could be fixed, it's a pretty swanky item to mix up the look of folks.
Future drops should be fixed. Feel free to get a DM to fix broken versions (just tell him to apply the variable nWings 81 to the item).
