Less powerful than Purple Crystal Arrows. Maybe -2dmg +1d6 Positive vs Undead arrows, -2 dmg +1d4 Positive Vs Undead Bullets. There's just not enough ammo around to allow shooters to take on undead with any level of effectiveness, due to both the DR and Nightriser DI against Piercing.

What about an on-hit cure light wounds instead of -2 dmg?
More useless against the living that way.
Because that would be more powerful against the Risers, and possibly even abusable with a sling (heal them by shooting) XD
Also the fact that purple crystal doesn't exist on the surface, its a underdark specific thing so they would have to be pretty expensive.

PUrple crystals are pretty popular now that a certain quest came out.
BUT you need to consider that IIRC purple crystal arrows have onhit CMW or something, 1d6 positive is waaay overpowered. An Onhit spell can be stopped by spell resistance, which undead can (Nightrisers do!) have. 1d6 positive would get around this, every time and always deal the extra damage.
Kind of OP for arrows. For bullets it is not so bad because their damage is terrible anyways.

I recall the holy sling bullets doing 2-4 positive damage to undead, it was strung out in 1s though. IIRC I have seen arrows do over 4 damage to undead, but to more than one undead.
'sides, the PCA's only hurt undead, anything else and it's a wasted arrow
