What an awesome character. I really enjoyed all of my interactions with him.
He really grew on me, and he will be missed.
RIP Welten. My only real interactions with him were telling him Upper patrols were coming and letters. Still, Lower is bustling lately and I think you're at least partially responsible for that! You should be proud.

I really liked him in Lower, he kept things moving and interesting while he was alive.
