Hey guys I am new to the server and have installed the launcher and updated everything I need to and cant seem to get the game to work for me. I can play single player campaign fine, but when I select my character and login to EFU the screen just goes black and my neverwinter stops working. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue?

I assume you're playing the GOG version? If so, the GOG version actually comes with a whole bunch of their own patch fixes which effectively makes it a different version of the game to the one EFU runs. To fix that you'll need to run the 1.69 critical rebuild.

Additionally, if it is a GOG version, you'll probably want to look into getting a unique CD Key if you haven't already. The one they provide is a generic one that has been banned from use on the server as the only real account security anyone has anymore is the cd keys.

I am actually running the version that came with Neverwinter Nights Complete. I actually got it at the store with both NWN 1 and 2 and all the expansions and premium content. Ill try to do the rebuild and see if that works. Thanks for the reply!
ok guys every time I try and download the 1.69 critical rebuild from neverwinter vault it wont download. It gets to about 12% and says download interrupted. Any ideas? Any other spots to get the file?

I got it to work finally thanks! My antivirus was stopping me from downloading the 1.69 Patch. Now when I log in after making a character I ended up in some holding area and I cant play lol.
