Title: Smuggler perk and Smuggler quest
Post by: Oskar Maxon on March 06, 2015, 12:23:27 AM
Rogue Smuggler perk: Bonus to smuggling quest.
Is this supposed to be in effect? I couldn't find any bonus between doing it without/with the perk? In fact, reward was less after getting the perk, allthough I guess that might not be where the bonus lies.

Also: The quest giver dialogue leads me to believe it is possible to do several smuggle runs in one reset, as he says to come back for another package if you live through delivering the first (and that there are no quest entries). However, the reply after returning now was that he looked at his ledger, said "rotheshit" and told to bugger off.

The bonus is in effect.

You can do several runs.

Did you open the package?

I did not open the package. I will try that next time I'm on in the right timespan.

Is it several runs but only one in each three-hour window he allows it?

He will deny you more smuggling runs if you open the package or fail to deliver.

It could also be that you cannot do more than one in a reset, I don't recall if I made something to prevent that.

Then I will not open the package. >_> Will return with notes on the dialogue tree as soon as I have tested it again!

Attempting to do the run a second time in the same reset, 12 ig hours apart (first attempt 17-20, second 05-08). First time successful, package not opened.

Conversation when returning for second try:
PC: "I'm looking for work"
NPC: "I have a package for [someone][somewhere]"
PC: "I'll make the delivery".
NPC: ""Right". Takes another look at you and his ledger."
NPC: "Rothe shit! Get lost!"

I.e., not possible with more than one run.
