Some concepts to drop in:
Banite Bard who would sing songs of terror, domination, and brutality, believing that such harshness will bring the people to the truth of their existence and encourage them to act in order to avoid the punishments and brutality of the songs.
Aberrant Hunter who believes that the aberrations have set to overthrow the Lord of Faerun and that all should crusade to end the aberrant lest they be struct down by Bane.
A simple shroom farmer that wants protection from the terror that Bane brings and keeps to himself. Preaching of the end to come...
An assassin who murders with religious zeal, content to spread terror with it and seek work with government officials.
A civil service member that believes that crimes are too soft and must have a heavier punishment.
Etc. Fun stuff!
