I eagerly wanted to try this quest and got a group together but using the hints of location given by the quest giver we were unable to find it after 15 minutes of searching the place the quest giver said the Q/A would be. All I ask is perhaps make the 'warehouse' he speaks of more noticeable?

FWIW it's right by the *spoiler everyone knows* tunnel that leads to Low Caverns, in the same area as the Quest Giver.
