In the Rothe Herder Quest (similar to the old 'Wolves' quest) there is a locked supply box near the 'Herding Supplies' packs. I have done this quest twice in the past few weeks and the box never unlocks and the lock appears to be unable to picked. I seems a specific key is required that doesn't drop from any of the spawns. I would guess players are supposed to be able to gain access to this box upon quest completion presumably to get some loot. If this is the case, they key does not drop and thus the bug report.
This is still no bug. Check the open packs for loot.
