The locked Sealed Svirfneblin Containers in the Dunwarren Travelling area don't have any contents. Tried on two occasions, being the first to get there and unlock them, I think - unless the containers relock automatically after a longer period than the doors.
The exact area is the one with:
One locked door, one unlocked door, two locked Sealed Svirfneblin Containers.
They do not have what you seek immediately after reset anymore. It is spawned irregularly during server uptime.
No bug.
