A lot of the lower salvage placeables are impossible to reach, and they could probably stand with being moved. They are blocked by various other placeables like rubble and broken chairs. This is most evident in the Southern Alleyways, by the goblin bones.
I've checked over these and adjusted some of their positions. If you find any that are still inaccessible, post a screenshot of them.
