I know it's cliche but I was thinking also about the matter of Concealment. There's not a lot of ways short of dispelling to reduce it and as another suggestion I was wondering about the possibility of a new type of throwable item to be added to the EFU repetoire. Much like how stance breach can be used to bust up certain stances I think it'd be flavorful or even useful to a degree to break up concealment. In movies and such people always joke about finding out who the real one is by breaking mirrors or throwing bags of flour on things allegedly hidden and so forth. The RP idea being taking something incorporeal and giving an indication of the "Sweet spot". If it wouldn't be remove concealment maybe something to just reduce it in half or similar to the Blind Fight Perk but as a 1-use disposable item.
Maybe flour bags could be made through the cooking system? Would also be nice to make it so current flavorful throwables aren't only obtained through obscure means often for outrageously high prices.
That's a pretty neat idea for a throwable. Prevent invis/stealthing or concealment while effected (or just suppress those effects for the duration).
That would be an extremely powerful throwable mechanically, if implemented in the way Vlaid suggests. A bag of flour seems a tad mundane when considering scale of arcane power.
Isn't there a dust of appearance throwable already?
Dust of appearence is just Invis purge and not throwable (its actually a huge AOE which lasts quite a long time)
Flour would indeed cancel out invisability and its consealment bonus, but it would not prevent you re-turning invisable and it would not work on consealment from displacement or other sources (entropic sheild for example) given how the spells function.
White Flour should give you the white skin aura. It'd be hilarious.
There is, actually, already a throwable that does this.
