Title: Thane Madoc O'Beardhammer Hold
Post by: Heavyfog on May 12, 2015, 03:48:09 AM
So Madoc's dead. He died for what he loved, his wife Skoshar.  He got to watch his nemesis die to the same Troll Hags that killed his wife.  Never did I think that getting eaten by Trolls would be so much fun and such a fitting end.  It was EPIC!  I had a blast with Madoc and enjoyed everyone's interactions with this long running PC.  Also, I had one of the BEST PvP, losing PvP and then getting robbed experiences EVER on this PC.  It changed the way I'll look at 'winning' PvP in the future.  Thanks so much 'Vassa'! ;)   I'll get some screen shots together when I find the time.  Thanks so much to all the Players and DMs of EFU, I rarely have this much fun on a PC!  Its been an awesome experience!

"feckin tuskers..." Ah, Madoc was great! He will be missed. All the fun times and fun speeches, then getting yelled at by the dwarf in gold.

You did a good job keeping the Dawnrise Brigade going man. Hopefully you will make another great PC. (My new PC was never able to find out who you were :P ) I wish you the best of luck! I had plenty of fun playing with your PC as Bodoc and is sad to see you die this way.

I am curious of the Vaasa part! Oh and great job with a fun proactive leader. Alas I did not get to interact with Beardhammer much...

A strong nemesis adds so much to a character, and Madoc provided that for Jaheel, so thanks!  I spent quite a bit of time just lurking around, looking for Madoc and the other dwarves.  The grudge between him and Jaheel made every walk I took more tense, and I had to make sure the routes I traveled wouldn't take me out of stealth, just in case he came around a corner then.  He also seemed like a good leader for the dwarves, not afraid to take strong stances on things.

A fantastic dwarf with a fantastic faction and very compelling and real emotions.

A thousand cheers for you.

I didn't get to meet this dwarf or most of the dwarves in the Dawnrise Brigade much ICly but from the outside it looked pretty cool. I always enjoy seeing a strong dwarven group going for a while with their own spin on things.

Bonus points for hating elves. Dirty knife ears.

I enjoyed your take on dwarven holds.  Especially the anti-elf and wildling parts.

A good run picking up after Falgrim.

Here's two haphazard screenshots with Madoc, at least;

You might be able to spot a halfling cluelessly wedged somewhere between all those dwarves.[/hide]
