The Execution of Due Justice can no longer be found in the HoK after the revamp. I couldn't check this myself because I'm monster scum but three players verified that they have been unable to find it.
Perhaps only one book can be purchased per reset, which could explain that the people I sent could no longer find it. But that'd be an oversight then.
The book is still buyable.
