The throwing item Queerly Purple Fleshy Mass seems to do nothing after failing a reflex save. Not sure if this was intentional.
To be clear my character failed the reflex save and some weird tentacle thing spawned at his feet, but I didn't see any other effect like damage or ability score reduction.
Got the throwable from REDACTED. Has a dc of 14, spawns a tentacle thing that doesn't do anything and quickly vanishes. I tested it on multiple targets, with the same turnout. It seems to be a pretty rare item.
