I think this quest is more than hard enough to warrant being raised to max level nine, as is the Library mine quest.

I'd support raising the Library cap back to nine. Both because its plot importance to research type characters IMO warrants it being as accessible as possible, and also because both the boss and the pairs of gem *spoilers* hit for massive dmg regularly.

That's already the plan, and will probably be in next reset.
