Can't say if this is a one off or not, but I made a gold dwarf character today, and I didn't get the -2 dex, +2 cha you're supposed to get.
The system told me the subrace was accepted, and asked me to relog, which I promptly did, and my stats remained static. I've reloged since then as well.
Yes, I typed the subrace in correctly, just to state clearly.
prolly have to apply for that race then.

I know what's causing this and it isn't tied to a specific race. Any DM worth his salt can fix you in game (there are instructions). And Dan probably can, too.
And you will know whether a race requires application.
I made a Gold Dwarf recently, and that happened, I just remade that, and the second version was fine. I did not even have to bother a DM with this. I would give it a try. :)
Sorry to kick a dead horse, but I've made another gold dwarf, same problem, his stats are exactly what I gave him in character creation.
Once again, I am 100% certain I did everything right, spelt correctly and all, and it says the gold dwarf subrace is accepted, but alas, no changes.
Been after a DM to fix his stats since creation, if anyone could volunteer that'd be great. >.>
Just to clarify, this is 2 out of 2 gold dwarves I've made with this problem. Either I'm just unlucky, or the system really needs some amendments.
