I didn't notice it, because I finally am able to walk faster than a snail, but Montgomery Proverson moves faster than other PCs, I think at about 110% movement speed. I must've stolen it from JAWL.

Maybe all that time of carrying so much stuff made his legs that much better than a typical person.
