Pond noises is a bit buggy. It looks like currently even if you're associated with the ponds the song will give everyone - Charisma. That is quite detrimental to a bard. The other part of the bug is that the summon frogs are not frogs at all but some creature without any name or stats!
Possibly sorted after next reset.
Everything seems to be working as intended.
