NPC Jarke Kelly, one of three NPC targets for Gorden Brickspine of Orza's retrieval quest, has found a new home aboard the Drill's casino. While ideal for him, this may seem somewhat unfair for the low level PCs in Ring 99 who are under orders to retrieve the broken sword from him, as the furthest of these otherwise is the fake Orzan in Ring 98. Possibly move him back to the Peerage Ward again?
