When activated you shoot a gob of black ink onto the ground (grease).  Gain immunity to the spell grease and gain +50% movement speed, -1 ab.

A donation bowl would ruin the atmosphere of this decrepit thug club center. There is no one that wants to turn it into a shiny place of prosper and hope methinks.

I don't see anyone ever donating enough to make it a prosperous 5 star Hilton Hotel.  But maybe a few additional rent rooms might be added if by some miracle people donate enough to accumulate 10k.

But it'd be even more cool to just see people all of a sudden fall down when the scray aberrant thing looked at them.

halfbrood is always a bad influence on the young dms.  first dan now DI.  pls stop this atrocity at once.

Hopefully this isn't spoilerish but the spell "web" is used often on this quest.  While it's an appropriate spell for the theme it's also prone to bugging characters by reducing their AC a tremendous amount even after it has worn off.  Is there any possible work around to this? As it brings this already difficult and resource consuming quest to a whole other level of annoying.

Shadow

"Years of elusive play has made you a part of the background, more easily concealed in both day and night."

Perk bonuses: 15% Concealment, +3 Hide, +3 Move Silently.

Athletic

"Chased throughout childhood and being on the run have given you increased speed as a trait of survival. A standing motto for you have always been to be a bit faster than the slowest of the group."

Perk bonus: +15% movement speed, +2 reflex.

These two rogue major perks lack a "flavorful" element.  Especially the Athletic perk.  I'd suggest that rogues with the shadow perk get one use of invisibility sphere per day and that Athletic get to re-roll failed climb checks.

This is a 2-6 quest in an area that is threatening to every level range.  It's unlikely to get very much use.  I recommend moving it to a place that isn't crawling with things that can instant kill you or increasing difficulty altogether.

This area doesn't allow for resting.  And I don't mean no campfires I mean it won't actually let you press the rest button.

When you first initiate conversation with the Keeper he has the dialogue of a worminger offering you soup.  You can exit it however and get to his true dialogue.

A Pissing Crone Donation Plate would be nifty for those Lower folks who wish to give back to their venerable drinking hole.

Allow it to ward areas against Magic Eaters.

It'd be a lot more immersive if psionic powers didn't have flashy VFXs.  Otherwise it resembles too closely magic.
