RIP Wern. Know that your personality and charm are among the unforgettable memories I have from efu. Take care.

Long live Fignar Ironbeard and Oberon Whitecloak. In another world, we took down Ortred.

Bard multiclassing also gives access to spellcraft and any arcane scroll use (which is a big bonus)

What is this, some sort of courteous round table discussion? This sort of etiquette repulses me.

Clerics are a tough class to play because they are definitely demanding. I hold an admiration for those that can pull it off and maintain the air of respect they deserve. DMs and players alike can really be drawn towards a well played cleric, especially ones that value just how powerful an established deity overhead can be.

At the end of the day, its just easier for the multi-classed fighter along with a wizard at his back to get the job done and pull in the glory along with the reverence that should probably already exist when dealing with a cleric.

In terms of mechanics, they are powerful. Even more so when they take a step back and let their recruited faithful step out in front of them.

It has been like that for a long time. It is one of those spells that affects an item rather than the user (e.g. magic weapon, flame weapon) so unless you take it off and lay it on the ground, it will be lost when you log out and back in or crash.

I think he means to apply to a blade, at least I hope so; otherwise that would be just a boring/dull suggestion.

I like the OP's idea. It adds some flavor to the powerful spell that is flame weapon since light can be good or bad.

Off topic remark: as anyone with a permanent glowing weapon would know, people can easily detect DM perma glow vs. player temp glow. I have had two and both were sent plenty of PMs about it.

I got to go with nagaga googoo's fine thought on that one. I would be very surprised to see a pure rogue taking zen archery but there is a nice yet not overpowering benefit for clerics and other support classes to receive this feat more early on.

Along with all the support, I'd just like to add that this should be restricted to complimenting a particular character and not the player in general.

It's funny because your "buddies" in anyone's case will probably be the last to anonymously give you kudos in the forum. EFUSL would work well but that is up to whoever.

Elaborating on my original suggestion, however, this should not be a forum where people offer kudos after every minor session or interaction between PCs. It would be focused on showing appreciation to characters that you have come to know over a short period of time (a week or two) and deserve some friendly (yet unbeknownst) bolstering.
