Vampirism and Lycanthropy

No, i mean literally, how do the diseases work in an rp fashion. Like, with a vampire, what are the symptoms of the disease/curse, and wat is the appearance/behavior of the new vampire? Are they like a Dracula type thing? Or a more bestial creature? And the same for a werewolf. Can they control their phasing? Etc.

I was wondering how to download all those lovely portrait packs, etc on the website, because when i followed the vague instructions, it came up as a useless document on my desktop labeled Portraits. Of course i tried clicking it, and nothing useful/productive/amusing happened. Anyone want to tell me how to download these goodies?

I was wondering, how do u rp losing xp from dying, espicially if it means my wizard loses spells?
 
Also, how do you rp runnig  out of spells as a wiz or sorcerer, like when you have to rest to recharge them? Im a relatively new player, and ive just been saying things along the lines of "I need to meditate to ready my powers", or "Im so exhausted...i cant cast any more spells". Any response to tell me what to do would be great.
