All you really need to do is to remove the 'concealed' result of hp rolls. Players who wish to re-roll for max hp can then do so. How does that sound?

I'm going to say that Killing Them Softly was my favorite of 2012. I highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys movies about crime!

Just found a pretty sweet override for elementals, making them actually appear to be living 'elements' rather than those stupid monster looking whatevers they are in vanilla nwn.
