im back, just had to spend a few days with the fam

Back from my vacation! Derek will be seen around again ^_^ had a great time now im ready to get rolling on efu again

Sorry I haven't been around much on Derek lately, been busy preparing for a trip, and i'm finally heading off on it tomorrow morning, I'll be back Monday, then i'll be active again!

Sadly, my character for this has bitten the dust, if someone else wants to pick up the concept i encourage them, but my part in the story is over :( was fun for me while it lasted

I'd like to clarify that this will be more of a DRUDGE centric concept, than a exile one, praise his orbulence!

Hello all, with the death of my PC Zaukt Alkaryes, I am not ready to abandon the Exile Collective, I am however wanting to try a concept I've had on hold for a long time. BEHOLDER CULTISTS. The Exile Collective, and the option to become Drudges of Mur is an fantastic opportunity to do this with some awesome benefits included, not to mention being apart of a high conflict faction that clashes with both the watchers and warders, the stewards, the covenant, the dread, gosh they conflict with pretty much anyone that isn't them by the looks of it. Not to mention Ormulax is a greedy and very evil Beholder that no doubt would love to sick a squadron of minions on anything that ticks him off.

As such, I'd like to invite others in my pursuit of becoming DRUDGES OF MUR, and insane unhinged beholder cultists that will do anything to please their disgusting masters, including making loads of gold both for ORMULAX and yourselves, through ANY MEANS NECESSARY.

It might start of slow, as we will probably be somewhat more sane in the beginning, but as time goes on, as minds are unhinged (Maybe enthralled?..), and further reaches of depravity are achieved, there might be SLAVERY, BANDITRY, and god knows what else.

There will be pursuit of riches, there will be slaying of dread, there will be bounties, there will be fear and loathing, and all that good stuff. I rolled a cleric for this concept myself, and though I am perfectly happy to lead this crazy bunch of eye cultists, if anyone wants to step up and be a leader, we can discuss such, and how you will lead us to GLORY.

The concept will be app-less to start unless you'd like to play a subrace like Duergar or somesuch, as we will start out in the Exile Collective, however to become actual drudges of Mur, it will require applications within the exile collective to become one.

Many things will fit in, but here's some general idea's of things you might want to consider:

Race: Any race will do, Duergar would be fantastic

Class: Any except paladin, and druid, I'm playing a Cleric, but if another wants to make one to join me, the more the merrier

Religion: THE GREAT MOTHER, though specific Beholder to be worshiped will be Baron Ormulax himself

Alignment: Neutral Evil, Chaotic Evil would be most fitting, any good will not do, and if your going to try neutral, Chaotic Neutral would probably be best, though I fully expect any non-evil PC's to be bumped to evil eventually.

Faction: This will be explicitly Exile Collective with the intention of joining the subfaction of Drudges of Mur, even if we don't succeed in becoming Drudges, loyalty and praise of Ormulax will exist regardless

Benefits: All Exile Collective faction benefits, with the addition of any benefits that come of becoming a Drudge should we succeed

Risks: This will likely become quite PvP heavy, and no doubt we will face much prejudice and hatred. Secretive concepts work too, but it is doubtful they will stay secretive indefinitely.

Concepts: You could be a beholder fanatic, you could be a scumlord trying to get rich, you might be some insane or unhinged sorceror that is fascinated with beholders, or you could be some wizard trying to unlock his many eyes in magic, you never know, many things will work, and I invite any to discuss such with me in the #exile channel since this is an exile collective faction based idea.

Additionally, the goals are kind of simple at this point, however, if you've idea's, awesome plots and wickedness you'd like to contribute, don't be afraid to mention them and brainstorm with me, because I'm pretty down to pursue many things with this concept.

I hope to see some of you in #exile on IRC to talk with this about me, I am often in there, and if i'm not, just keep an eye out for me, I'll be in there eventually.

Zaukt has died at the hands of DICE OF INFERNAL DOOM. I will make a full Obit soon, once I can get the things together to work on it, but it was very fun playing him while I had him.

I think now that my PC is dead I'll try apping to return one of my older PC's and if that fails again, ah well, who knows what you will see next!

Ah well.. I probably can't go then, disregard my vote. If it were on friday I could go, but that it returns on saturday means I wouldn't be there for the end so I cannot go sadly! Sounds like a fun time anyways! I hope all who go have a blast, I miss Ymph.

Is the ribcage top model also not meant to be taken? I assume so, but ive seen and know several who have taken it not knowing such, ive even done it and never had it taken away on a pc before. A warning by the tailor might be a good idea.

I'm down for ymphian adventures! As long as its on a sunday as planned, as saturdays i cannot attend at all, ever. I think however, i'll vote no for now, and yes for the future, since indeed i see a lot of fresh pc's that are just not ready for it yet, even if I am personally am. If it's going to go on anyways, count me in, i'm definitely down to go. If for the future, still count me in as long as its a sunday. But for now, vote is for the future.

final fantasy combat music in general is fantastic for pvp i think
