So, I used to play here a lot during the original EFU run (under the name fishingpenguin) and had tons of great fun.  I've had a pc or two since then, but don't have the sort of time to devote to EFU now like I did in college.

EFU did have a huge impact on my own philosophy toward ttrpgs, however, and influenced what I like about a good campaign and how I run games when I GM.  For years I've been running a series of campaigns with some friends which began in the EFU Sanctuary setting.  Our story has diverged quite a bit in some ways as you can imagine, but many of the original pieces are still in play.  One long running NPC that has stuck around is Intryzz, who was always my favorite EFU villain, and just a really incredible character in my mind.

I got a mysterious package on my doorstep last night that said "Do not open until Dungeons."  We play on Roll20 every week, and so once we were all logged on they urged me to open it.  Inside was a framed version of this picture:

My players wanted to depict me as their favorite villain, and each of their favorite characters from our campaigns are represented as the miniatures on the table, all being manipulated through Intryzz's twisted plots.  I thought it was an awesome gift, wanted to share, and also wanted the DM team and all the players here to know how the fun times and great stories told here echo out in bigger ways than you anticipate!

The artist that was commissioned is SteveSketches, you can find his twitch here.

"It's a fucking spider, private." - Cail Durris to another Watcher, on the approach to Tobias Breen's mutated mega-spider.

This one time when the aasimar/paladin/seeker Shane and crew fought some Dark Moon monks in the... Lost Shop I think it was called?  They lost, and the monks ripped out Shane's eyes.  Unable to see, he felt someone take his hand to lead him out, and called out for his friend, "Ruby, is that you?"  Instead the Dark Moon monk answered "Perhaps now you'll see clearly."

Also everything Mbizi ever said.
