The First Law series by Joe Abercrombie if you like well rounded, complex characters that develop beautifully over time, set in a world very similar to EFUs in tone and atmosphere.

Place a turn-in ooze such as the ones found in hide-outs into the oozeways. Hideouts have been made incredibly difficult to access for Covenant members and these have become a premium unless you play on other player's timezones. 

Could the scripts surrounding the Spellguard scanners perhaps be reworked to give druids the ability to detect aberrant corruption on PCs? 

I won't try and argue that the ooze form was ridiculously powerful before, it has recently been changed to be useless in most situations.  When it had immunities to criticals and sneaks it allowed you to have a great escape wildshape.  Without those immunities, the low AC, AB, and damage means this form is relatively useless in most situations.  Maybe it can be given a ranged attack similar to mustard jellies - say 1d6+1 acid point of damage per wisdom modifier?

+1 AB, +1 positive damage for one turn per level. 

It'd be interesting if it improved ones animal companion as the current AC system has much to be desired.  Otherwise being able to AE cave bears and use them to fight is fairly substantial as is.

Two very druid appropriate spells that druids for some reason do not have access to. 

Alternatively could have a favor store associated with however many of these you participate in and finish. One point per which can buy from the store.
