My PC Victoria Wolf received a Crystal Inclusions potion from an unstable seam and once I used it I was given an error about it being deprecated and to make a bug report about it.

I don't remember the location name of the seam, it was an unstable seam in the peerage catacombs, blue. Lead to a snow covered campsite with corpses strewn about. Description of the area mentioned them being crushed and me not feeling safe remaining for long.

She still has a couple items from that seam such as a Crystal Conjuring Shard and a Crystal Talisman if that helps at all.

My PC Victoria Wolf, a level 6 sorcerer, is having an issue with the Still Spell feat.

During character creation I took the optional impairment of a missing left forearm and then at level 6 took the Still Spell feat. However spells still suffer from spell failure both when cast regularly and when cast as still spells through the metamagic bullet. The spell failure has persisted through multiple resets and rests. Not wearing armor but have un-equiped clothing and tried casting and failures still happen, both with and without metamagic active. Character sheet shows 0% spell failure.
