Hello everyone! Liu Xian was my first App character, and my first evil character (in my whole life). I had a lot of fun bouncing off ideas with Flagon about why such a character should exist and how the world around him would affect his personality and his desires. And Xian had no desires but to make his Lady happy and to further House Zheng's presence in the Ward.

I had to convince myself playing an evil character was doable for me and had to really hold on to a core belief that made him justify all the nasty things he was capable of doing: Family. Simple, perhaps trite, concept. But easy enough to provide all the motivation I needed.

So I went from Liu Xian, to Uncle Liu.

And he knew he had no time. And what did he desire the most, besides Glory for House Zheng? A family for Zhou Fengxian.
And so he became a grumpy grampa to Flagon's character. Quick to anger and lose his patience, for there was no time to lose.

And this translated in probably one of the funniest and most memorable things I've done on EfU: The dating game.

Alas, Liu Xian's time was cut short on the server but all he did was true to his character and I hope I lived up to my App (but sadly I don't think  I did)

Once again, I have to thank all the players and DMs who shared the stage with me and I hope you enjoyed this decrepit but faithful servant.

Gonzo had nothing but true admiration and respect for the Doc. And, had the Doc asked of him, he would have followed her to wherever she might have led.

A very engaging character, Runic. I'll be right here to witness your next.

(Also I loved the conversation that we had with your other character before everything else went down, but that's perhaps best left for another thread)

Gonzo Knives was a man. A simple one, quick to laugh, quick to make friends and to put himself in harm's way. Out of secret desire for the sweet embrace of death, or his belief that upon death, he would awaken anew, I don't know even now. 

A coward at the start of his journey, Gonzo got away from me and kinda went his own way. Became friends with people he wouldn't have at the start, he had loyalties to some that perhaps didn't even knew about them. But at the end of the day, Gonzo Knives -that wasn't even his name, he couldn't even remember his actual name- was an Awoken. And the hole of not knowing who he was, started eating at him.

Thank you to all the players and DMs who I was fortunate enough to play with. My homies from the Burgage, my respected retainers, My family from the Ponds, and my crazy trashgulls. I enjoyed every second of it because of you.

I started giving Gonzo more of my own personality, mainly his sense of humor.  I tried to explore that with all you guys.

But he did have a melancholic side, which I really enjoyed diving right into it. I tried to play him as not bright, but wise to reflect my stats.

Which led him down a path I didn't anticipate, but thoroughly enjoyed.

Had a lot of fun running into her while playing Rolf Blackbones. Her constant fainting made me crack up. I even got her autograph to get her to calm down!

Reading all these replies, plus all the stuff said on the Discord channel was really heartwarming. I wish I had played more with your pc.
