To the best of my knowledge, clerics of Praraj cannot access any relics beyond the starter relic. This limits them to 3rd level spellcasting. Access to a relic that enables 4th level spellcasting would put them in line with other clerics, which seems fair given the 7/8 level average and the outcast nature of such concepts.

Apologies if this does exist somewhere, we simply could not find any in the more obvious places!
