If I ask my spider friends to live in the spires. They could spin silk. Then you could be the warlord of silks. All you would need to do is feed them all the monsters you kill and I will teach them not to bite you.

Then we can begin the silk trade and make allies against Qa'im. And you would be the hand to do this thing! (I don't want fame or glory these things don't matter only the Bloom)

I haven't been able to visit when you are patrolling but I have been thinking. I wrote to the Legates about destroying Qa'im but it doesn't seem like they will look beyond themselves because of what Valeria did.

I think we both want to reap a harvest of Qa'im so when I come by we can maybe talk of how to crush them eternally.

How to Destroy Qa'im

First. Trade. Spiders still want peace and will spin silk! With spider silk you don't need to wait to clear away all the earth brooker's leavings. With the silk many friends could be made across the desert. There are good places like Yaxatan and Alkab that could still join together! If Alkab becomes a true ally then all their friends from grain trade will join too.

This is the first step to make an axis against Qa'im.

Second. Once everyone has silk they will listen more to what you have to say. Show them how bad Qa'im is and how they have spies everywhere. Remind them that Qa'im are accursed Pra'Rajis who are only good for feeding the earth.

Third. With all the allies of the desert declare a crusade against the blasphemers! By breaking their abominations Kula will bless us and spread the Green. With Her blessing war can rage across the desert and crush the heathens once and for all!

These things can be done if you have the will. Give me all the worms the office of nuisance collects and you will see.

Hello Aeronwy,

With the blood of the evil ones as sacrifice I enacted a glorious rite to Kula where I planted a beautiful thistle tree. Onion and Amelie watched. Amelie asked though that I move the thistle to hunt and weaken the accursed djinn foe so she's now elsewhere. The Rose should guard her as she is strong enough to withstand ash and will eat djinn things. 

I can plant regular seeds but they will not withstand the scourge of ash. Only with the blood of the evil ones can I keep a strong garden outside.

I don't know if this enough to grant what I asked. If Rose wants to see the precious thistle, I can guide you there. She will help with the death march.

You killed my nesting spider friend who I fed blood so she'd lay many eggs. But I forgive you.

Ephians are confusing. I would rather show them way to go and slaughter the Qa'immi and build strong friends out in desert so we can all kill Qa'im together but they keep doing things like voting for that would-be kinslayer Vellyn. Spider peace would solve all these problems.

I don't know. We don't talk about killing except when it's about defilers and she always had other pursuits than only the Enemy. I can ask her when she's back from roaming though she'll likely keep it secret. She's like Skink and won't talk about 'jobs'.

I know she asks useless dinar for non-defilers. I think more than ten thousand?

Don't worry about Knud I will play shadow games with him when he goes running about.

Banda Rossa seem mad because people dying and losing dinar in their home makes them look weak (Like Janissary!) They might be greedy too. Careful of them.

Niamh is one of few newborn here in Well. I like her but she also speaks with the betrayers.

This one you write of sounds like actual follower of Wyrm. She is death where Kula is both the Lightning and the Sweet Water. I agree that she could help water sands but will forget to do anything else. Don't show her your back!

There is something draining away waters. I do not know its source yet but I suspect it is the Qa'immi ashfolk heathens. There is some secret somewhere that would reveal truth. But when we have no water, we may use blood.

Have you heard more of shade called Smiley? He has den now where Skargrim were. I have been asked to make a garden and I want to do this but have no seeds. If I can find him I will carve out his heart and smother it in Green. From its beating will spring a bloom!

I like your brother for who he is and may skirmish next with him against all the pretenses of his new clothes. Unless he does something unforgivable he'll not die to my spear.

On Valeria, she is of elven blood and I will not abandon her as the clipped ears Evarielle and Vellyn have. But I will not murder either for useless coins. I know where Valeria stands on the shademan and he will be next for the altar if he comes within sight of her.

My charge now is seeing that she does not fall to sin as so many desperate others have in the past. Her spirit has always been one desirous of death and I will not try to cage her but keep her from falling to predations of the wicked ones.
