Currently Bard Songs cost xp to scribe.  This seems an oddity given no other crafting to my knowledge costs xp.  I think this is stifling the PCs selling songsheets market.  Could the xp cost be removed?  (Possibly whilst increasing the gold cost as needed.)

It occurred to me that giving the players *options* of where War Supply goes might be fun.  Especially as various factions within and around the Well take note of it being about and consider what uses they could put it to.  Some of these could of course already exist:

Orentid resistance Depot stockpiling War Supply to retake the Well.
A smuggling group seeking to arm and supply the highest bidders in the Ash.
A secret Rose stockpile for establishing the independence of the Well.
