Sorcs do have:
1) Perks
2) Many spell slot items

Some perks maybe not makes sorcs that powerful but EFU in my experience always had a lot of loot with sorcerer spell slot item. Even with new chapter and visiting few quests I did managed to find few items already.
I think this extra slots in COR made sorcs very powerful with little efforts. Every slot counts! And wizards usually have more hard time. If remember COR again, I have played a wizard and it was super hard time to find robe with spell slots that easy and usually come from 60ths rings quests when sorc robes easy was gained in many places.
Only one thing sad in this that likely many sorcs will pick improved invis for min/max than for flavour/theme/perk/fun.

I think in general people shouldn't be afraid app for second attack on long and very melee-themed characters if level 8 is a new level 10. (I do not know yet if that same hard or not)
But if think about suggestion - main concern of course always will be CLERICS.
I mean, yes, for someone who is not good at clicking red good, new or bad at mechanics in general (there is nothing bad in it) of course second attack will be bless on any quest. But give that tool to anyone who is somewhat experienced...  STR rogues will start whack stronger, bards with greatswords and clerics stomping on everyone.
Only classes that really will benifit from rising BAB to +1 or giving second attack will be Monks and Druids. Monks is long-time discussed topic about them having bab+1, and druids just druids.

As option I would add suggestion to consider some perks(or classes) that will cut off some spell-powers and class features to trade that +1 BAB progression. Or second attack.
There is example of such classes in Pathfinder 1e such as Skald(Barb+Bard), Warpriest(fighter+cleric), Slayer(ranger+rogue)

Wildshape was giving large boost to stealth to druids so even with 0 skill investment druids was able to reach 35+ stealth and hide on level 6.
Now, after I have found some druidic shops, all druidic items still using bonuses to hide and ms, but character will need to put all feats and a lot of skills to make it barely work.

Druids in EFU known as big ninja stealthers because of their wildshapes which always was granting them about +15 - +20 to stealth skills and all druidic items was granting stealth as well. Now at current moment while there no access to wildshape druids lost that feature but they do still have powerful spells that boosts stealth, To make it currently work it will take a lot of feats, items and still will be not enough to hide from some simple monsters. 

If left as it is, all stealth spells will just become as a source of money for character with brew potion and not for any actual use.
Perhaps it is too early for me to write and suggest something like this but maybe it is not.

Hello people of EFU!
So story of Silverpaw has come to end. Died in lag, died in darkness, died in shadows. But it is more important THE WAY and road that character walked. And it was very very long road.
Any sane person whould abandon this character after few months because it is monster and City of Rings was not perfect place for that kind of RP. But still, I was in love with all mongrel-lore and them in general so I have played Silverpaw as long as it was possible. There was few moments to shine, many moments of fear.

Her story of any mongrel sad, dark and bloody.
She was smarter than her sisters and brothers, she was more curious than others mongrels and wanted REBEL. She trusted no one but tried make friends. She wanted more and more. She wanted freedom and no opression to changelings. Sadly I not played it that well. But still I can't abondon things that I started.

There was A LOT OF THINGS. A LOT. MANY. VERY MANY. It is hard to remember everything really for me. Hard to remember her friends and people with whom she interacted because there was MANY people.
Still, there some key events in which she took part.

-Killing T'Chun God
-Mongrel little wars
-Being part of Bonecollectors
-Making some newspapers
-AND MANY MORE

I had a lot of loot, sadly, sadly, on event my pack was looted and I forgot to make screens of it but her loot was able to reach hide 40+ easily. Perhaps one of my best stealther.
LOOT!

A giant bow from T'chun event. Endless fire arrows, two fire arrow spells, and two times use AoE fire arrow spells. I had to RP that I need to place it in ground to start shooting. I tried!
Armor! Was granting +3 to hide/ms  from some random dm event.
Gloves! Just one day sound burst, from christmas event.
Amulet! Cat paw, from mongrel's war. More stealth, more bard slots. Darkness one use.

What else I should say...
She was somewhat a failed character from every side. She had some great moments and some have nice memories of that character. To think, I have played this character more just for others and trying add some atmosphere to EFU than just following my goals because I failed reaching my goals. I knew that I can just sit and wait when event will end then just hop on my character but I can't, it is not my style avoid permadeath important events which is important for whole server. Anyway, one bad thing that playing long time - it is easy to become attached to character and I do feel that I was little bit, but when one dies - it is opportunity for something new to grow. I hope others will remember it.

Prejudice  to races/creatures in EFU existed always as long as I play in EFU. Some characters shows it brightly. Some shows it just slightly. Some just ignores. I do suspect, sadly, people sometime take things too deeply and too seriously. And sometime such things can be touchy. RP and getting in to character's emotions can be really very soul-touching and facing some troubles in game may just add more troubles to person in real life. I do hope some people who really touched about such topics will speak  and share it with others, DMs or Howlando so to wash away all troubles and get from game fun.  Always share problems with others(can do even with me!) and others will help to get fun from EFU!

So, it is not strange to see people trying be part of something bigger and touch all nice custom-efu interesting things. Ticker Square somehow balanced it. Poorly balanced, because Peerage was ghost-town, but now it is very unbalanced and any non-humans doomed to Ringrun or be very creative with their plots/goals while mostly gated out from all stuff in Houses. In short, not very welcome for new players or non-humans. But many things in EFU changes with time and who knows how this will change in future!

 EFU full of unexpected things but Rowena was a fine addition to Ponds and other less popular places.

Diz-e was helping me when I was first started to play efu in EFUR. Both IC and OOC and later we had many good and funny interactions on our different wild or less-wild characters.
When I think about players and community, I think what each person is an important tiny part of it, and longer person in the community - more impact and influence it may have. And I think or almost sure what players who were actively played with diz-e and interacting with their characters - took something from diz-e, for their personal ideas, concepts and life. So even with the passing of Diz-e, I am sure what small part of diz-e somewhere will linger in EFU, knowingly or unknown. That tiny part of the influence on a big efu and its players and dms. Diz-e was a good nwn-player and a nice person to speak with. I will miss diz-e.

I am all alone and doing work only by myself and really not expecting what someone will roll and join but I thought maybe there can be few interested people who looking for ideas and concepts. So, worth asking and post about it anyway.

Nothing too much demanding but dangerous and risky.
I could use help of few people who want to play reporters/spies and other types of very -rebellious-  and other way chaotic characters. Yes, the main theme is to be a rebel, fight for freedom. Writing truth, spreading lies and truth as well. From shadows support others rebels. So think about it as a more active and more chaotic Rumour Mill.
Any outcasts/monsters and just evil or chaotic guys are most welcome. Feel free to spam me in discord/forum to contact with character or just ask for silly questions.

As I know, the old lair system went to past and strongholds took their place. Somewhat improved versions of lairs. They can be taken by anyone in any time and without any app but they somewhat limited in numbers and in their themes. Since EFU had a great number of interesting lairs, I suggest to return them.
Why now?
Ring 98 expanded greatly in somewhat recent past, it now bigger in many-many times. And if there any plans to add even more nature/cave areas around perhaps it can be a good idea return back old lair system but limit them in 99-97 for example.  This will be good only for monster races or some very evil/secret group. Or something else interesting.
Or just add one or two strongholds. Or do nothing at all. I personally think having them or not - will not change or improve EFU experience. But they was just very cool and now we have even some space for them.

To avoid thousands of headstones I think it can be randomized, for example: make it like six headstones. If there more than six players paid for stones - then just make it random headstones each reset.
Some ideas about how graveyard make more interesting:
Make this area as a residing zone of Black Wagon (who in war with Bonecollectors).
Perhaps make this Black Wagon as minor association akin to Boncollectors, so there can be characters who is opposed to Bonecollectors, recovering corpses from distant rings, watching for graveyard, etc.
This can be place for low level quest.

This is small sad thing that players should accept and deal with, RNG. What is an alternative then? An alternative will be to set up permanent quests in the area that will help with progress. So after reach reset character will go to particular places where this quests.
So it is choice between two things. You explore each reset areas hoping to find something, or you do not explore anything and heading in known place. Of course, second option helps with progress but the first one option forces character to explore area, to deal with spawned monsters, and check every corner.
RNG is not pleasant, I agree, but it is better option. Dms always welcome any contributed area for explorables and always trying to expand places that characters can explore and what can spawn to reward characters who spends their time for exploration.
Also, you suggested add NPC who will sell things, but very same thing can do and already doing characters. It is always possible to offer a bounty for whatever is needed.

I think it will be fair to make Darkness domain as Primary too then if Sun will be raised to Primary one.
Also, as side suggest to not make a similar topic, I feel what Nature Plant(or even animal?) domain should be primary too. I have feelings what wild nature have very special role in the City and how druids endless trying plant different plants around. It is not something lesser and small given special role of Druids in City of Rings as well.
