[2 levels of Cleric and 3 levels of Fighter would only be able to use divine wands up to level 2]

 A multiclass character with 2 levels of Cleric and 3 levels of Fighter would only be able to use divine wands up to level 2. A low level character with 3 levels of Ranger can only use divine wands up to level 3. Et cetera.

Freeing up 3 attribute points on creation, a free feat and getting 5% DI seems plenty to me.
Maybe its not the strongest perk in all different scenarios but its definitely one of the stronger ones, imo.

Player initiative ingame could make this happen.

I always considered greatsword to be the best 2hander in NWN myself.

I'd like to talk to you about an issue that has become increasingly more common as of late.
I'll try to keep this as short and concise as possible to make it an easy read for everyone.
We've had several occurrences as of late where certain items that clearly was not intended to drop has been scooped up by players and used. In some cases over more than a couple of days.
What is disheartening here is when we've gone through the logs it becomes apparent to us that more people, veteran players of the community,  knew about these items and didn't feel inclined to reach out to anyone on the team.

EFU is supposed to be a challenging low-level environment where we've spent hundreds, some even thousands, of hours making content.
Sometimes there are errors and these things occur. But its important to us that when these things happen we are informed and able to fix it.
Bottom line, when something seems to good to be true it usually is, and when in doubt; Ask a DM.

Grand Garden Seam.
Seam is key here.
That means you are in another plane outside of the natural world which in turn makes the area unnatural even if it is a "Garden".

All gladiators are different. One that may seem very easy for one character to defeat may be very difficult for another.

AFAIK you do keep it. You just need to hit level 7 again for it to activate. So you don't lose it, its just inactive if you don't meet the level requirement.
