For point of reference, once anyone during a reset destroys the mushrooms, they no longer interrupt stealth. I doubt very seriously if the intention is to prevent people from stealthing past it. If anything, it is to thematically suggest that no one has been through here yet. There is little reason to make a druid risk death from horrors of the underdark to get through mushrooms that only sometimes block passage.

Then pay for the gate? It sounds more abusive to wait at the gate for the timer to go down and re-rolls attempted. Although it might be nice to have at least one place where people that have passed through can reach and barter with those who haven't, simply as a means of paying for another's passage.

Just the opinion of a forum haunt, but this sounds like punishment. Level 5 is hardly enough time to role-play the transitory effects of this perk, and the Ashen tone is by my reckoning the most detrimental effect. It would however be interesting to be half-faded rather then ashen. Either way, I would instead propose for roleplaying reasons that the level 8 perk from this class be permanent, as the throttling of the magical effect on/off was probably the singularly most painful part of mine own experience with the class. It forced me to turn from RP to grinding just to attempt to continue the story where it was left off, and that was a sad time indeed.

If you want, as this has been a long standing thing for basically all of efu... The issue might be that the AI won't re-equip the bow after changing weapons. Which makes sense, code wise. I'm not certain at all that they acknowledge being given ammunition. However, you can both test that, and do something that would sate both your issue and Tala's mindless construct theory. Provide them with lots more ammo before they run out. Buy an extra five quivers per skeleton. They're cheap, weight nothing, and if they still run out then you've a bug that might garner a second look. Otherwise... I'd be interested in knowing if you can give a skeleton a bow and tell them to equip it. If you can, then you could carry a spare bow for times like these. (you get them back so long as you kill them over dismissing them) However the arrow stocking seems the most apt way to handle this.

Rallick was certainly the face of the Society, kudos for taking the long hard road. I'm also glad Jormund's stint within the society was captured somewhere. ^_^

<3 Hagkir was great fun to have around, and his presence allowed us to do some pretty crazy things. Happy to see you got to see so much more to his story.

If it is a divine source, it would with all probability have been Milil who as it happens was eaten by Dendar.

You might need to rephrase this bug.

You did not name the necklace or the character. You did not mention the type of helm you attempted to equip, or if it had this effect with multiple helms. You should mention whether other amulets are working for the character right now, just to rule out it being a bug with the character. Also you didn't explain how the moon-on-a-stick staff has anything to do with the helm or the necklace, is this an additional bug? If so which item, the helm or the necklace is causing it. Basically, provide the details needed to debug the item.

There are only two kinds of people that will ever see the total of your social skills. The DMs, and you. They are never rolled in a meaningful way, nor even used in a really important scripted way outside of the DM oversight. That's why this hasn't happened yet, and it honestly doesn't need to happen at all. The DMs can and do take into consideration the level of investment a character puts into something. When they want to, anyway. I don't think adding a script too enforce the idea of How high can you get the thing, would matter all that much in the end.

I'm not around anymore. You probably already knew, noticed, or didn't because you never saw me around to begin with. ^_^ But I figured I'd let everyone know that I'm moving on for the most part, and might come back to visit now and then, but that's it. You can still contact me via forum pm, or you can friend/message me on battlenet with the ID Ebok#1137. Im pretty sure you can leave a message with those friend requests, if so, let me know who you are if the name is different. <3

Rock on Efu.

Text based choices have a number of downsides.

It takes time to open a dialogue window, choose through the selections, making some events--like leaping over a wall in an lower alley--impossible to do when under duress. As it is right now, those walls can enable a fast character to get over them and actually flee from his more heavily armored or weak bodied pursuit. Perhaps more importantly, during periods of heavy lag, dialogue windows can take forever to load. In the past, I've seen people get stuck trying to cross a log, climb a wall or whatever, and have the entire group need upwards 20-30 minutes just to get the dialogue window to accept their action.

Now a days with faster computers and fewer players, the speed may not be as much of an issue. There could even be great uses of dialogues in other locations. However, these run the risk of players memorizing their favorite answers, zoom through the text too fast for anyone else in the party to read, make choices before anyone else can weigh in, and rush headlong into whatever may come. The fact of the matter is, EFU is not the same kind of game as PoE.

It would finally make them presitigious if they were turned into scripted / skinned overlays. You wouldnt lose those fought and bled for abilities even after you died. Additionally they could be balanced specifically for efu rather then some half/considered grab NwN did from the various DnD resources.

We could also consider simple improvements to the loot table with better stealth loot AND/OR with not-usable-by-small-races stealth loot.

Also, if you wanted a way to offer this bonus, use the thief perk to give like a +3+3 to medium sized creatures rather then the +1+1. That way it is entirely optional.
