Soldiers of the Fourth Legion,

I reported a week ago that the man Jerrod Felch raised a bounty and has been seeking harm on my person. He has been charged for attempted assault and still his efforts continue. His bounties still remain prominent in the realms below, I would like him to be brought up on charges of treason if he refuses to remove them. I am part of our government and to allow such open treachery to go unchecked not only makes us all look weak, it openly invites anarchy in the streets.

I hope that this matter can be concluded swiftly.

On another matter I would like to arrange an appointment with Sergeant Reyer to discuss how we might work together on shaping the law moving forward to ease the burdens of the Fourth Legion and ensure our streets remain safe.

Not had chance to speak with you personally so just a couple of things I wanted to relay before a few things come to pass:

Marcellus is broke so do not let him use the allotment to rally any favour just before the election. The longer the allotment can be delayed the better, but if it must come to pass, it would be good to maintain as much in the coffers as possible until Marcellus is out. He will be desperate soon when he sees everything is crumbling around him.

Also heard that he's trying to raise some citizens by giving them free citizenship masquerading as giving out free voices. If he wants to do that he can agree to abolish the voice system or he can pay just like everyone else. If you can block this would be good.

Got plenty to discuss next we meet.

I am glad you feel bold enough to speak your mind even if I do not like the words that you spew.

I assure you I am doing anything but hiding, but I think that is why you have taken such an interest in me. I have no intentions of leaving the white league.

If you truly care about the white league then you can come and speak to me and we can see how you can contribute, from a man who is actually taking real steps to improving the well. Alternatively you can continue down the path you pursue and I assure you that it ends with you in the cells of the Jannisary's dungeon.

I suggest you remove your bounty and I will consider your actions  a lapse in judgement, but be assured that if you continue down this path, the voice that you so greatly value shall be taken seriously by none.
