This character succeeded to run for around four months. A fair time for this unique concept and henchman that I made.
This all to all was a concept of a most curious Consort, Guardian and Experiment of Qadima, this ever veiled Sahiba and I have much respect for the great concept I was able to play thanks to all that.
This is the first time I actually remembered, and had screenshots properly working for years, and I took loads of them - this is simply because we had a lot of interesting moments and I had to try and cut them to show some of the good and exciting events we went through.
Kreil was an experienced mercenary from the mainland. Born and raised in Tethyr, he was also a victim of Illithid attack in young age and as a failed enslavement his being was ever scarred, and his view on the disorted and perverted. He always had the image of himself as an aberrant, yet his simplicity also reinforced his sense of discipline and he was able to keep it together for years.
In the end he succeeded honing his skills, and also through experiments, he achieved weapon mastery - not in weapons, but tentacles and was fairly succesful in combat and battles.
First and foremost I am thanking Qadima for amazing concept and companion. There wasn't Kreil without her. I also have to thank DM's who allowed us to seek and earn these bizarre things, the whips/tentacles, the grafts, the changes, Alkalurops plot, and for me perhaps one single thing that enforced my concept further, the Illithid Crown aka the helmet Kreil carried - I have to thank Alyssara for that. It was an element that carried long and gave depth to the character.
In this album I put together, there are couple short screenshots of one of many enemies that sought to get the damn crown, and the bloody bastard did it on our way up from Underdark. Imagine the pain of facing even implant enhanced dragon on the Way while having to survive the guardians. It was a pain.
Sorry for the text, and don't complain if the screenshots are poor. I had loads, and I have not yet mastered the art of taking good shots.
