Character: Kathla Taliren.

I wonder. During a walk through the mountains with two other characters, I encountered a "Jungle Panther"... We later meet a "Saber Tiger" attacking a "Something Howler"... The Howler goes down superfast, and the tiger sets a perfect course towards the partys lowlevel barbarian. Said barb pops an invis but is blasted anyway. When the tiger assailed the barb, I released the panther to try and AE the tiger... I was a bit away, however.. and did not get there in time. As i drop the panther, it sets a course for the tiger and begins a rather painful attempt of attacking, ending in what must have been the isles shortest catfight. The tiger then decides I.. a druid, look very tasty and subsequently butters me.

Now. The weird thing is. I did not get any AoOs against it, or any other damage against the tiger before it attacked me. At which point i, like any other person faced with a tiger the size of a small car, RAN... and died..

Incorrigible

When this happened the panther remained friendly to the group, but to Kathla it was hostile and released from animal empathy. Don't forget that part! Though even druids can get attacked by animals if the animal is in combat around them or influenced in any way. It really sucks when you dominate a peaceful animal, heal it, then release it from domination just to have it decide to get pissed that you healed it and eat you.

Ah. (I think) I know what happened. I should not explain here however.
