New DM Faction: The Transcendant Conclave

Brief Overview: The Transcendant Conclave came into existence recently, when the boy prodigy and prophet Razul, and his attendants Morv and Faussad exerted control over the recently risen Floating Enclave. Wresting control from the recently arrived Coterie, the boy declared that a Conclave of Mages would arise to transform the Enclave into a Paradise of learning and peace.

The faction has a primary focus in arcane matters, as well as researching and maintaining peace within the Colony. It is fitting for PC's who have a vested interest in researching the ruins, or the enclave specifically, as well as any scholarly character. A plethora of other concepts are suitable.

Features: This faction will function as a Mages Guild, but will have places within it for non-arcane characters, including clerics and paladins.

Non-Mages place in the faction is as a "Consort". All Mages are paired with a Consort, and the two share rank, privilege and favor within the faction. It is not a "Master/Servant" relationship, but more akin to a symbiotic, partnership.

Though for now, it's primary goals are uncertain to the playerbase, they have issued a declaration to the Colony that all may seek to join them.
