Changing Grimfael's Longest Night reward

Could his reward for keeping Danael alive be changed to the items that the Sanctifier gives out? Or perhaps the Sanctifier's rewards be added to the loot option?

It seems odd to me the Pallid Mask gives out items from the Numinous Order instead of items they craft themselves.

That's because the Pallid Mask stole all the Order's supplies after the Order was destroyed.
