Apparently, the items with Spell Immunity: Evards and Freedom of Movement doesn't work... all the time.

Almost killed myself with Evard's yesterday, while fighting an Orc Hero.

And today, I drank FoM, before running over it. Didn't work, again.

I assume yours works 100% of the time if you are hit initially by the spell and only sometimes if you wander into it afterward (or on rounds following the first)? The same thing happens to air genasi and their cloud immunity.

On a side note, there doesn't seem to be a problem with these kinds of spells elsewhere that has applied the fix to all cloud spells. Grease, web, cloud of bewilderment, stinking cloud, and others only function here on EFUA the very first round a target is within them or enters them. Might be worth looking into.
